(Not saying that's good), but u use ur imagination to find stuff. However this part of which i'm about to say is my pet peve for this game. It's frustrating because there are no special hints except that the narroter doesnt really help, the doc tells u to listen to the sound of a michine to find a item well were in a hospital there's hundreds if not thousands of machines. Also i've been playing lv 1 for over an hour and still cannot progress to the next lv. so yeah thats my review.. Terrible graphics, I couldn't get them to work at all.
